About the Program
The ElevateMeD Scholars program is more than a scholarship opportunity. It is a multifaceted program designed to develop the next generation of physician leaders.
Selected applicants invited to the join the ElevateMeD Scholars program will be participating in monthly virtual programming, the annual Scholars Summit in Arizona (9/18/26 - 9/20/26 expenses paid), and leadership assessments/coaching. Active participation in the program is required to receive planned scholarship award disbursements.
About the Application
Eligibility —
Step 1 of the application is a program eligibility check.
- Answer 9 predefined eligibility questions
- If you are determined as ineligible, you will be notified and unable to proceed with the full application.
- If you are determined as eligible, you will be able to proceed to the official application.
Official Application — The 1st 300 applications completed will be considered.
- Applicant Details (contact info + a few questions)
- Academics (sharing STEP/COMLEX exam results + uploading your medical school transcript + requesting 1 letter of recommendation)
- Headshot (will be used for marketing)
- Application Video (5 minutes max + wearing your white coat + self introduction and responding to 4-5 question prompts)
